What happened to Arjun
Arjun came out of the jail on Saturday morning. He had to spend Friday night in jail despite being granted bail by the Telangana High Court as the authorities did not receive a copy of the bail order till Friday night. Speaking to reporters at the Sanchalguda jail, his lawyer Ashok Reddy said, “He has been released. The actor was taken to his home immediately after his release and was seen hugging his family.
Despite receiving a copy of the High Court order, the jail authorities have not released the actor, the actor’s lawyer said. “The government and the department should be questioned as to why the accused have not been released. The High Court order is very specific. As soon as you (prison authorities) get the order, (they) should release him. Despite a clear order, they have not released him, we will take action against this illegal detention,” Ashok said.
What is the reason for Arjun’s arrest?
According to him, Arjun was lodged in jail as a “special category prisoner”. Actor Pushpa was arrested at his house on Friday morning, which revealed dramatic events throughout the day.
