Ticket prices starting from Rs.350 to Rs.3000: ‘Pushpa 2’ on track to set a box office record

Chennai: Trade experts have predicted that the film ‘Pushpa 2’ will set a record in the box office due to the increase in ticket prices in all states.

‘Pushpa 2’ has become a highly anticipated film in India. It is being released after overcoming various problems such as long shooting days, high material costs, and a change in the music director. It is being released by Mythri Movie Makers through leading distributors in all areas. Due to the decision of the production company, the ticket prices have been set high in states including Mumbai, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.

Fans who went to book tickets were shocked to find that the prices were Rs. 300, Rs. 700, Rs. 1200, and Rs. 3000. They are expressing their dissatisfaction regarding this on the X site. In Mumbai, the ticket price is 3000 rupees, in Karnataka it is 1250, 700, and 650 rupees, and in Andhra Pradesh it is being sold at 1200, 700, and 350 rupees.

The fact that it started online has sparked a huge controversy. The production company has not responded to the reports regarding this. The government does not allow ticket price hikes in Tamil Nadu. Therefore, the regular ticket prices will be sold. With such a hike in ticket prices, it is said that the first day collection of the film ‘Pushpa 2’ will definitely be a big achievement. The film ‘RRR’ has set the record of being the highest-grossing film on its first day in India.

Trade experts have predicted that ‘Pushpa 2’ will definitely break that record. It is noteworthy that ‘Pushpa 2’ has earned around Rs. 40 crores in ticket bookings alone. ‘Pushpa 2’ is a film directed by Sukumar and stars Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna and others in the lead roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the songs of this film have been composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the background music has been composed by Sam CS, Ajneesh Loknath and Thaman. It will be released worldwide on December 5th.
